EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
At THO, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase or received a damaged product we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
We do not offer exchanges on sale items, customized orders.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
- Email us at admin@thehaneorigins.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number, the item you wish to exchange or return and your reason.
- Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as THO is not liable for lost returns.
Processing Time
- Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your new item has been dispatched.
Refund Processing
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
- Once approved, your payment will be refunded to your account within 7 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
